When we meld awareness with effort, a holistic, strong practice emerges! This session begins with a release of the wrists and shoulders, before warming into a dancy flow. The latter includes extra awareness on square hips and a square pelvis, inviting us to marinate in purposeful power. Your core is sure to enjoy a plethora of funky planks, forearm and dolphin variations… and we finish up with a backbend flow to balance it all out. Feeling like turning it up?
