This fun movement sesh will have you taking aim: from the front of the room, to the back of the room, and everywhere in between. Together, we’ll flow through variations of Archer’s Pose (string that bow!) and functional movements like crouching downdog, lateral lunges and plank variations. Then, you’ll have the chance to move on your own. We’ll wrap it all up with an unexpected and delicious wind-down, to refocus our aim where it matters most: inward.
