A bit o’ smoothness. A bit o’ stability. And a bit o’ sensory bliss. This thoughtful medley of shapes, progressions and functional movements was made to switch up the stagnant. Practice begins with a long, supine release to open and arrive. Then it’s onto stabilization and mobility – think core work, shoulder openers, and alignment-based standing and balancing shapes. All in all, it’s a potent blend that will leave you feeling oh-so-good.
Note: Have a strap, resistance band or something similar nearby! And 2 blocks if you’ve got ‘em. (Though you can do everything without props, too.)
