60-Minute Practices

Let’s prep and layer in a thoughtful way, then go to the wall and play! This practice begins with a thorough opening of the thoracic spine; because bigger ranges of motion in the upper back and shoulders mean more accessible inversions. And that’s where we’re headed! After releasing, warming and flowing, we’re ready to use the wall for a balance-series. (An attainable, yet challenging, “L” handstand is in your future!) Being a wallflower has never been more exciting.
