Feeling stiff in the back and busy in the mind? Come lie down, breathe and articulate your spine in a therapeutic way. Pelvic tilts, gentle bridge rolls and easy twists will leave you feeling loose and laid back. The best part? We don’t get off the floor. (Actually, we don’t even sit up.) This session can also be used as a spinal warm-up for more movement or meditation.
