What do I LOVE about this class? It’s all-levels friendly (think accessible shapes and easy to modify movements), yet you can turn it up and play to your heart’s desire. We’ll call the intensity of this practice “mid to YAY” – you’re in charge! Hovering shapes will challenge your balance, scorpion shapes and backbends will expand your heartspace, and a cameo peak pose is offered up when you’re warm, open and craving a little bit of funk (i.e. funky bound dolphin!).
