Grab your blanket! (Or a towel, sliders or two magazines…) It’s time to experience something out of the norm, which will only make your practice STRONGER. Together we’ll glide through our practice (quite literally, by using our prop on the floor!), as a way to find integrity in the core. These intentional blanket exercises give you tools that translate EVERYWHERE in your practice: standing, sitting, prone, planking, supine, inverting, you name it! And will give you a new outlook on what it means to have a sustainable practice, especially when it comes to the low back. Let’s glide!
