This solo session is a delicious, guided-audio practice (there’s no video component). Without visual demonstrations, we’re removing the need to replicate, to follow, and to look outside of our Self. Instead, enjoy being led by YOUR body and your intuition. What feels good moment to moment? This guided solo session begins with supine restoration and visualization. Slowly, you’ll be led into a space of freeform movement. Big, small, stretchy or sensual – you decide. Invite curiosity along for the ride, make the journey as long as you’d like, and relish this time to yourself.
